- $12.00 hourly, Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)

- 100% Remote Work Availability: No
- Hybrid Work Availability (requires some time on campus): No
Purpose of Position
This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Front Desk Service
- Act as a resource person to all students and visitors to the Student Involvement & Parent Programs Office
- Assist and take the lead with various projects, mailings, activities, emails, printing requests, telephone and voice mail calls
- Ensure general upkeep of the resources, equipment, and the Student Involvement Office area
- Understand and apply emergency procedures, if needed
- Food Pantry Coordination
- Serve students in the Food for Thought Food Pantry as needed
- Help stock the Food for Thought Food Pantry as needed
- Special Projects for UND Orientation Days and Welcome Weekend
- Complete any projects or tasks to prepare for UND Orientation Days and Welcome Weekend
- Participate as a staff member during UND Orientation Days and Welcome Weekend

Minimum Requirements
- Summer availability
- Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
