Senior Systems Architect (Pega)

We are seeking a Senior Systems Architect with Pega expertise to lead the design, build, and optimization of Pega applications, ensuring compliance with enterprise and government standards. The successful candidate will have a strong command of Pega application architecture, excellent communication and stakeholder skills, and experience delivering Pega solutions in government or regulated environments.

Requirements

• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA / PCSSA) certification
• Several years of hands-on Pega delivery experience (typically 3–5+ years)
• Strong command of Pega application architecture: case lifecycle design, data modelling, integrations, security and access control, and performance tuning
• Experience delivering Pega solutions in government or regulated environments
• Familiarity with public-sector complaint or case management style workloads (high volume, sensitive data, strong auditability and reporting requirements)
• Agile/Scrum or Pega Express experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
