Senior Engineer - Command Centre

What success looks like in this role:

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for business and operational stakeholders
• Build and optimize Azure-based data solutions using services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake, and Azure SQL
• Ingest, process, and analyze telemetry data from applications, infrastructure, and devices
• Implement data models, DAX calculations, and performance tuning in Power BI
• Integrate telemetry sources such as Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, or IoT telemetry streams
• Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and governance across analytics solutions
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to define KPIs and monitoring metrics
• Automate data pipelines and reporting workflows where possible
• Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance monitoring using telemetry insights

Key Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power Query, performance optimization)
• Solid experience with Microsoft Azure data and analytics services
• Experience working with telemetry, monitoring, or log data
• Proficiency in SQL and data transformation techniques
• Understanding of cloud data architectures and ETL/ELT patterns
• Experience with REST APIs or streaming data sources is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders​

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and 4-6 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
