The goal of the Technical Account Manager role is to be the primary liaison for our key customers, ensuring their successful adoption, implementation, and ongoing optimization of the Union Cloud platform and Flyte.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a technical role such as Solutions Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, or ML/Data Engineer within a B2B devtools or platforms
- At least design and architecture-level understanding of systems involving data processing, model training, serving, or monitoring
- Experience in MLOps/LLMOps, machine learning pipelines, and data orchestration tools
- Proficiency in Python, or genuine desire to learn
