At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a SharePoint Developer (.NET) to join our UniQue team.
What will you be doing in this role?
- Design, develop, and optimize enterprise-level software solutions using SharePoint and the Microsoft technology stack (.NET, SQL Server, React, Azure DevOps).
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and propose effective, scalable solutions.
- Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards, performance, security, and quality best practices.
- Manage configuration, release processes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment, and support (2nd and 3rd line).
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, prototypes, and testing tools.
- Collect and analyze software metrics to improve processes and product quality.
Requirements
What do you need to succeed in this position?
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of professional IT experience, including at least 3 years in a full-stack SharePoint development role.
- At least one advanced-level certification in a software development technology domain or an equivalent internationally recognized certification.
- Proven experience with Microsoft .NET / .NET Core, T-SQL, REST APIs, WCF, and GraphQL.
- Proficient in designing and developing the data layer, business logic layer, and user interface (UI layer).
- Strong front-end skills: HTML, CSS (responsive design), JavaScript/TypeScript, React.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline configuration.
- Solid understanding of UML, software design principles, and agile (Scrum) methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and deliver complex solutions through the full project lifecycle.
- Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).
