Responsible for the technical and specialized functions as defined by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) and UMass Global University to support and audit the qualifications for admission, preparation and completion of fieldwork, credential recommendations and employment authorizations for teacher and service credential candidates. This position will lead or oversee three other analysts on the same team.This is a California remote position only.
The hiring range for this position is: $18 per/hr. -$26per/hr. per hour. Offers are determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to: geographical location, knowledge, skills, years and depth of experience, and equity with internal team members.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATION AND/OR LICENSES:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Prior training as a recommending agent by the CTC is preferred
- Experience with student teaching placement, accreditation and credential processes is preferred
- Knowledge of CTC and Accreditation policies in regards to licensure and student teaching
- High level of team experience and customer service
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Ability to use technology to improve efficiency and processing overall work flow
- Knowledge of P-12 system and organization in regards to MOU and Human Resources processing
- Knowledge of credentials and accreditation policies
- Able to work in a complex process system of auditing, evaluating and analyzing information environment
