디지털 콘텐츠 라이터 (Digital Contents Writer) 는 SEO 팀 및 기타 부서와 함께 Twinkl 교육 콘텐츠 자료가 한국 시장에서 자연스럽게 검색될 수 있도록 개선하는 업무를 맡고 있습니다.

Twinkl 코리아 팀에서 제작한 자료의 페이지를 최적화하고, 자료의 검색어 순위를 높이기 위해 블로그 등 소셜 미디어에 구체화된 콘텐츠를 작성합니다. 팀원과의 원활한 소통을 위해 기본적인 영어 회화 능력을 요구하며, 한국어 의사소통 및 작문이 가능한 분을 모십니다.

Digital Copywriter (South Korea)

Location: Work from home (can be based anywhere in South Korea)

Pay rate: US$8.00 per hour (fixed rate - approximately ₩10,694.80 South Korean Won, this value may fluctuate due to conversion between currencies)

Weekly hours: 37.5 hours per week, flexible working hours around core meetings, Mon-Fri.

Contract: 12-month contract (with potential to extend annually), contractor agreement, no benefits.

As a Digital Copywriter, you will join our growing in-house SEO team to make improvements to Twinkl’s on-page content and overall organic reach for our South Korean market.

You will optimise South Korean resource pages, advise other departments within the business and create long-form content in order to positively impact search page rankings. This role requires fluency in written and spoken Korean, with a good level of English for team communications.

How you’ll spend your day:

• On-page editing: You will spend the bulk of your time creating SEO-optimised content for Twinkl resource pages, addressing the needs of teachers, parents and other Twinkl users. Use on-site copy to target high-value search terms with the aim of improving our search engine rankings.
• Long-form content: In addition to on-page edits, you will be tasked with writing long-form content including blog posts, event landing pages and wiki pages to gain SERP features and high-ranking keywords.
• Data skills: You will be expected to evaluate the effectiveness of your own work using data skills including reporting, analysis and visualisation. We will provide training with members of our specialist team to help you develop and continuously build on these skills.
• You may also be asked to contribute to additional projects such as providing SEO training to other departments in the company, conducting competitor research and any other initiatives which will increase Twinkl’s online profile.
• You may end up working specifically on one of Twinkl’s dedicated product teams, collaborating with the Product Owner to improve visibility and spot opportunities that will help increase traffic to their page.

In this role, you will learn:

• How to optimise on-page content using SEO fundamentals, and best practice for copywriting.
• How to use SEO software including Google Analytics, SEOMonitor, SEMRush and more.
• A choice of specialist skills such as technical SEO, competitor analysis, B2B marketing, training, experimentation, data handling, and visualisation.

You will also have the opportunity to build leadership and technical skills and pursue paths of progression within the SEO team and the wider company.

• Exceptional copywriting skills with professional or freelance experience to demonstrate this
• An undergraduate degree or higher in a relevant area of study (eg. Digital Marketing, Journalism, Language) or relevant work experience.
• A keen interest in Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
