About the Role
Our client is seeking a remote freelance social media manager with at least 2 years of experience to handle the social media management for their hospitality business, which operates a guesthouse/hotel in Patong. The role will involve creating and posting content regularly across the company's social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the online presence for the company across its social media platforms
- Create engaging and relevant content for the platforms, adhering to the brand's voice and guidelines
- Develop strategies to increase audience engagement and growth
- Monitor relevant metrics and provide insights related to the performance of content
- Ensure timely response to queries and mentions on social media
- Identify and implement social media best practices for the hospitality industry
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience managing social media for business
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with online tools and analytics related to social media
- Understanding of social media policies and guidelines
- Ability to develop creative and engaging content aligned with the brand
