About the Role

An event management company is seeking an experienced and seasoned photographer for their upcoming project, the Aspira Lakehomes Official Launch, scheduled for June 15, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM in Johor, Malaysia. This is a single job opportunity but with the potential for follow-up work. The selected photographer will be required to be on-site for a portion of the project. The company is offering a budget of $2000 for this project, considering its complexity and demands.

Responsibilities:

1. Capture high-quality photographs during the Aspira Lakehomes Official Launch event, including candid shots, portraits, and event highlights.
2. Ensure proper lighting, composition, and framing of shots to create visually appealing and impactful images.
3. Collaborate with the event management team to understand the specific photography requirements and shot list.
4. Be present on-site during the event hours (10:00 AM to 5:00 PM) on June 15, 2024, in Johor, Malaysia.
5. Provide on-site guidance and direction to subjects, if necessary, to capture the desired shots.
6. Efficiently manage time and equipment to capture all required shots within the event timeline.
7. Post-process and edit the photographs to enhance their quality and visual appeal.
8. Deliver the final edited and retouched images by the agreed-upon deadline.
9. Maintain open communication with the event management team throughout the project.

Requirements

1. Proven experience as a professional event photographer with a strong portfolio of event-related work.
2. Expertise in capturing candid moments, portraits, and event highlights in a visually appealing manner.
3. Proficiency in using professional-grade camera equipment, lighting, and editing software.
4. Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and post-processing techniques.
5. Ability to work efficiently under time constraints and in dynamic event environments.
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with event organizers and subjects.
7. Flexibility to be on-site during the specified event hours (10:00 AM to 5:00 PM) on June 15, 2024, in Johor, Malaysia.
8. Willingness to work within the provided budget of $2000.
