About the Role

A charitable organization is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced graphic design firms or individuals to design and produce our 2023 Annual Report booklet. This report serves as a comprehensive overview of our organization’s activities, achievements, financials, and impact throughout the previous year.

The selected design firm or individual will be responsible for creating a visually appealing and engaging Annual Report booklet that effectively communicates CFGG’s mission, accomplishments, and financial data for the fiscal year 2023. The design should reflect our brand identity and adhere to any established style guidelines.

Scope of Work:

• Initial concept designs for the Annual Report cover and interior pages. (28-32 pg., Square back booklet)
• Layout and design of all content, including text, images, charts, and graphs.
• Creation of print-ready files in digital format for production.

Design and layout of a 4-fold brochure highlighting key goals, initiatives, and impact areas of CFGG.

Requirements

1. Overview of relevant experience and qualifications.
2. Portfolio showcasing previous design projects, particularly annual reports or similar publications.
3. Proposed timeline for project completion, including key milestones.
4. Proposed budget, including estimated costs for design services and any additional expenses.
5. Any additional information or creative ideas that may enhance the quality of the Annual Report design.
