Founded in 1995 by twin sisters Caroline and Jacqui Fox, Twin Group is dedicated to growing opportunities for a diverse range of individuals. Customers, whether they are international students, UK residents seeking to upskill, or government bodies, face the challenge of navigating an ever-changing global landscape. That's why we provide a comprehensive and evolving portfolio of services designed to meet these dynamic needs. Our core belief is that education, training, and employment opportunities are fundamental societal needs that will only continue to grow. We address these needs by offering a wide array of programs, from English language education and group travel to work experience, apprenticeships, and employability services. Our customer-facing teams are committed to understanding the unique requirements of each person we work with. For instance, when assisting someone who is unemployed, our employment advisors tailor their support to address specific life challenges, building the confidence and skills necessary to re-enter the workforce. Similarly, we work closely with employers to understand their needs and provide them with well-prepared and suitable candidates.

Our approach is deeply rooted in a commitment to quality and a drive for excellence. This is reflected in our numerous accreditations, including from the British Council for our English teaching and endorsements from the Education & Skills Funding Agency and the Department for Work & Pensions for our training programs. We understand that for our international partners, such as Educational Tour Operators, the priority is a seamless and enriching experience for their students. We collaborate with them to design study or cultural tourism experiences that fit their students' goals and budgets, choosing from thousands of possible combinations. For individual students, we engage in personal consultations to determine the ideal course, location, and accommodation for an unforgettable stay. This customer-centric focus, combined with our relentless pursuit of innovation and our 'on your side, by your side' philosophy, ensures that we not only meet but exceed the expectations of our learners, partners, and the communities we serve. Our history of organic growth is a testament to the trust our clients place in us to deliver results and create lasting positive impact.
