Salary: $200,000 - $225,000 (negotiable high-level candidates) + Bonus OTE=$245k-$300k+
Bonus: Based on billable hours (1900+/mo)

Sr. Commercial Litigation Attorney Description

Our client is looking for a Sr. Commercial Litigation Attorney to add to their team in Jacksonville, FL. In this role, you will manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution. Your primary focus will be developing, maintaining, and driving your team's workflow. You will be responsible for driving client satisfaction, retention, and expansion through exceptional legal services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success, the ability to lead and mentor a team, and a deep understanding of legal strategies and statutes. To be successful in this role, you must have significant experience practicing Commercial Litigation matters and the ability to recognize and seize opportunities for business development. Sr. Commercial Litigation Attorney Responsibilities

• Manage diverse commercial litigation caseloads from start to finish
  • Lead and mentor a team of legal professionals
  • Stay current on legal developments, regulations, and industry trends
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships
  • Drive client satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement
  • Identify and seize business development opportunities
  • Contribute to the development of legal processes and systems
  • Oversee credit management and billing support activities

Sr. Commercial Litigation Attorney Qualifications

• JD and licensed to practice law in Florida required (GA also considered)
  • 8+ years of commercial litigation experience required
  • 4+ years of bench trial, jury trial, and 1st or 2nd chair experience required

• Team management experience required

• Command of statutes and strategies required
  • Significant motion practice experience required
  • Experience conducting depositions, substantive hearings, and evidentiary hearings required
