We're looking for a sharp, self-directed Technical Sourcer to join our remote team. You'll be the top-of-funnel engine for our technical searches, identifying and engaging high-quality candidates across engineering, product, and data roles on behalf of our founder clients.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of sourcing or recruiting experience with a focus on technical roles (engineering, product, or data)
- Proven ability to source passive talent — you know there's more to life than LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong written communication skills; your outreach gets replies
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-moving environment
- Detail-oriented and organized — you treat pipeline hygiene as a craft
- Familiarity with ATS tools and sourcing platforms
