Requirements
- Lead cost management across all project phases
- Develop and maintain detailed cost plans and estimates
- Produce and present monthly cost reports
- Manage change control processes
- Oversee contractor and subcontractor pricing reviews
- Collaborate with design teams and vendors
- Drive continuous improvement in cost management practices
- Support cost risk analysis and scenario planning
- Monitor market trends and provide insights
- Develop strategies for cost optimization and value engineering
- Coordinate with scheduling teams
- Track and report on cash flow forecasts
- Review and validate invoices
- Maintain accurate cost databases and benchmarking information
- Mentor junior team members
- Ensure compliance with internal financial systems and regulatory requirements
