Support the implementation and management of Employee Central and Time Management modules across TUI Group as we build our new HRIS infrastructure, ensuring successful delivery and embedding of the solution across our core regions and businesses.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing the implementation, configuration, and support of SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Management modules across complex matrix organizations.
- Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central module, Time Management, and ONB2.0
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Excellent analytical capabilities and willingness to quickly learn new tools, systems, and software
- Comfortable with occasional travel to support implementation and engagement activities across our global business
