Senior HR Partner

We are looking for a Senior HR Partner to support our Pharmacy function as a whole, working closely with assistants, pharmacists, technicians, dispensers, and pharmacy managers to ensure they feel supported, engaged, and able to do their best work.

Requirements

• Provide day-to-day HR support to Pharmacy teams
• Support the full employee lifecycle for Pharmacy colleagues
• Be a visible, approachable HR presence across Pharmacy
• Work with managers and teams to embed a positive, inclusive culture
• Partner with recruitment and onboarding teams
• Support managers with people processes
• Help bring people initiatives to life
• Provide HR advice aligned with UK employment law and good practice
