We are looking for a Senior HR Partner to support our Pharmacy function as a whole, working closely with assistants, pharmacists, technicians, dispensers, and pharmacy managers to ensure they feel supported, engaged, and able to do their best work.
Requirements
- Provide day-to-day HR support to Pharmacy teams
- Support the full employee lifecycle for Pharmacy colleagues
- Be a visible, approachable HR presence across Pharmacy
- Work with managers and teams to embed a positive, inclusive culture
- Partner with recruitment and onboarding teams
- Support managers with people processes
- Help bring people initiatives to life
- Provide HR advice aligned with UK employment law and good practice
