What You’ll Do
TTEC is a global leader in customer experience technology and services. Our People & Culture Global Services team is dedicated to digitally transforming our processes and leveraging technology to enhance our operations. To do so successfully, process improvement is imperative.

We are seeking an experienced professional to analyze and improve People & Culture processes with a focus on high-ROI opportunities that require process maturity before technology or automation is applied. This role requires deep expertise in People & Culture process, strong analytical rigor, and a practical understanding of technological capabilities to ensure work is optimized before it is digitized.

You’ll report to the Director, Human Capital Services. This individual will operate independently, partner closely with business and technology stakeholders, and serve as a mentor to other team members early in their process improvement journey. The role is expected to raise the quality, consistency, and readiness of processes entering the technology and automation pipeline.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

  • Assess People & Culture processes to determine process maturity, stability, and ROI potential prior to technology or automation investment.
  • Independently document current-state (“as-is”) processes, including end-to-end workflows, decision points, handoffs, exceptions, and pain points.
  • Collaborate with business, enablement, and technology partners to define future-state (“to-be”) processes informed by the art of the possible.
  • Apply Lean, continuous improvement, or similar methodologies to redesign processes for efficiency, quality, scalability, and clarity.
  • Quantify and articulate measurable benefits such as time savings, error reduction, risk mitigation, and cost avoidance.
  • Ensure processes are standardized, documented, and ready before handing off to automation or technology teams.
  • Partner with intake and portfolio teams to prioritize work based on process readiness and business value.

What You Bring to the Role

  • 4–6 years of experience in process improvement, business process consulting, or continuous improvement roles.
  • Demonstrated experience improving People & Culture processes.
  • Proven ability to independently lead process discovery, documentation, and redesign efforts.
  • Strong experience creating clear, detailed process maps and artifacts for business and technical audiences.
  • Working knowledge of HR technology ecosystems and the art of the possible.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify gaps and risks others may overlook.
