TTEC Digital is seeking a Pre-sales Solution Architect to join our SandcastleCX team. This role involves supporting pre- and post-sale proof of concept customer engagements featuring Amazon technologies in combination with other customer experience platforms.

Requirements

  • Customer requirements gathering, design, and documentation
  • Acquire technology stacks for SandcastleCX engagements
  • Plan and coordinate customer enablement sessions
  • Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
  • Build and prove out critical use cases
  • Help resolve customer objections and de-risk cloud migration
  • Maintain expertise in CX technologies and TTEC Digital offerings
