Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience in software engineering with strong full-stack depth.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and React (or similar modern frontend frameworks).
- Experience in Backend API development (Node.js or similar) and cloud environments (AWS preferred).
- Strong understanding of system design and modern architectures (microservices, event-driven systems).
- Expertise in AI-First Development: Hands-on experience using AI tools (Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT) and a strong perspective on validating AI-generated code.
- Engineering Practices: Proven experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and observability tools.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to influence without formal authority and experience working within distributed teams.
