Colombia onlyWe are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead program and project management across 4–5 core products. The role requires deep expertise in PMO practices, tools, and methodologies, along with experience operating in scaled agile environments (SAFe-lite) and, ideally, performing Release Train Engineer (RTE) responsibilities.
Requirements
- 7+ years of project or program management experience within SaaS or enterprise software environments
- Proven track record of managing multiple complex product initiatives simultaneously
- Strong experience with scaled agile frameworks (SAFe or SAFe-lite); RTE experience is a strong plus
- Advanced proficiency in JIRA, eazyBI, and other PMO-related tools
- Demonstrated ability to define, monitor, and report on KPIs and operational metrics
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with AI tools and practices applied to project management is highly desirable
