Truelogic is a leading provider of nearshore staff augmentation services headquartered in New York, seeking a senior data leader to own the entire data ecosystem for a global consumer-focused technology organization.

Requirements

• Own the end-to-end data ecosystem
• Architect, implement, and scale data pipelines and warehouse infrastructure
• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of core Looker/LookML models
• Define and evolve the semantic layer
• Partner with engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders to translate strategic business goals into technical data architecture and modeling decisions
• Build and enhance internal data applications, services, and tools supporting analytics, reporting, and operational workflows
• Implement rigorous data quality, governance, monitoring, and alerting across all layers of the data stack
• Establish standards and best practices for data modeling, ETL/ELT orchestration, and business intelligence development
• Act as a technical mentor and architectural influencer across engineering teams
