Truelogic is a leading provider of nearshore staff augmentation services. We're seeking a Lead Full-Stack AI Engineer to drive the technical direction of AI-powered applications, making high-level architectural decisions and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of software development experience
  • 2+ years in a technical leadership role
  • Strong backend expertise in Python, using frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django
  • Modern frontend experience with React, Vue, or Angular (TypeScript preferred)
  • Hands-on AI/LLM experience, including RAG patterns and frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex
  • Solid API design skills, working with REST, GraphQL, and real-time interfaces
  • Strong engineering practices, including Git, CI/CD, containerization, and automated testing
  • Database experience with relational and vector databases
  • Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
