We are a leading provider of nearshore staff augmentation services headquartered in New York. We are looking for a Lead Full-Stack AI Engineer to lead the technical direction of projects, making high-level architectural decisions for full-stack applications that integrate AI services.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of software development experience
  • 2+ years in a technical leadership role
  • Strong backend expertise in Python
  • Modern frontend experience with React, Vue, or Angular
  • Hands-on AI/LLM experience
  • Solid API design skills
  • Strong engineering practices
