Seeking a Lead Front-End Engineer to lead UI strategy and development for high-scale web products using React, Next.js, and TypeScript. The role involves hands-on coding, technical leadership, and mentoring engineers.

Requirements

  • Lead the implementation of high-fidelity UI, including animations and business logic using React, Next.js, and TypeScript
  • Architect and integrate headless CMS solutions, ensuring seamless content delivery and authoring experience
  • Build and maintain scalable Design Systems following Atomic Design principles using Storybook
  • Mentor and guide front-end engineers, ensuring code quality, accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA+), and performance standards
  • Collaborate closely with Design and Product teams to ensure feasibility and pixel-perfect execution
