We are a leading provider of nearshore staff augmentation services looking for a Lead Back-End Engineer to architect and build the data layer and core infrastructure that power complex web applications.

Requirements

  • Strong back-end engineering experience with technologies such as Node.js, Deno, or Bun, along with a solid foundation in TypeScript.
  • Deep knowledge of Sanity.io and experience working with composable CMS platforms and content architecture.
  • Strong understanding of full-stack application design, especially the interaction between back-end systems and React/Next.js front-ends.
  • Experience with testing, automation, performance optimization, and security best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
