Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in recruiting operations, coordination, talent acquisition support, sourcing, or staffing operations
- Direct experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruiting platforms, or technical workflow management tools
- Strong organizational capabilities with deep attention to detail and a proven background in process management and documentation
- Highly comfortable learning, adopting, and enabling teams on new tech platforms and AI-enabled software
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority workflows in a fast-paced environment
