Are you a detail-oriented project manager with a passion for persuasive communication and healthcare innovation? True Rx is looking for a Proposal Coordinator to support our growing proposal team by managing RFP/RFI intake, ensuring quality and compliance, and coordinating cross-functional input from subject matter experts.
In this role, you’ll be the engine behind seamless proposal execution—organizing content, maintaining deadlines, and supporting our mission to deliver exceptional Pharmacy Benefit Management and clinical solutions. You'll collaborate with Business Development, Underwriting, Marketing, and Legal to craft compelling responses that highlight our competitive edge.
What You'll Do:
Manage proposal intake and workflows using Responsive (RFPio)
Oversee timelines and task assignments to ensure on-time delivery
Review and edit content for accuracy, brand alignment, and client requirements
Partner across teams to assemble, format, and submit winning proposals
What You Bring:
3+ years of experience in healthcare proposal coordination or writing
Strong project management and editing skills
Familiarity with proposal tools (Responsive/RFPio a plus)
Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail
This is a remote position, though occasional travel to our home office may be required.
