In the Role**These positions are based in the continental US**
Our Expert Tutors are mentors, industry experts, and role models for the students enrolled in our AI Automation Program. This program is designed to prepare students to become professionals capable of solving real business problems by automating processes with AI tools and technologies. As an expert tutor, you'll help students refine their technical and presentation skills, give them industry-relevant feedback, and support them in becoming confident professionals ready to deliver automation solutions to real-world companies.
What you will do
As an expert tutor, you will play a key role in our students’ learning journey by:
- Attending pitch sessions where students present their AI-based automation solutions to simulated business challenges.
- Giving students constructive, specific feedback on both their technical solutions (logic, feasibility, use of AI tools) and their presentation/delivery skills (clarity, business impact, communication).
- Guiding students through common automation use cases using AI (e.g., automating customer support, streamlining workflows, data extraction, etc.).
- Hosting or participating in educational events, such as webinars, mock presentations, or feedback workshops.
- Sharing your industry knowledge and best practices, helping students understand how to present and deliver automation solutions in a business context.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience identifying opportunities for automation and designing solutions to optimize business processes—ideally within the marketing, tech, or customer success.
- Solid understanding of business process improvement, with a working knowledge of how AI and automation can streamline workflows and boost efficiency.
- Comfortable providing constructive and actionable feedback to junior professionals or students. • Ideally experienced in presentation coaching, mentoring, or guiding others in their professional development.
- Clear and confident communicator who can explain technical or complex concepts in a simple and engaging way.
- Ability to commit 5–10 hours per week, with occasional flexibility for weekend availability.
- Bonus: Experience working directly with stakeholders or clients to identify needs, pitch solutions, and drive adoption of automation tools.
