HR Rep I job description summary: Administer HR policies and procedures, investigate and resolve general issues, provide customer service, and perform HR administration and benefits transactions in Workday and other applications. Must possess a comprehensive understanding of Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll, Annual Enrollment, Leave Administration, HRIS, process integration and Contact/Service Center operations.
Requirements
- High School diploma with two (2) years of experience in an HR administrative or customer support role in a high volume work environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Comprehensive understanding of Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll, Annual Enrollment, Leave Administration, HRIS, process integration and Contact/Service Center operations.
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft, Workday and Kronos time and attendance systems.
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet established deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to interact with various functional areas and Ministry Organizations.
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
