Your Title: Agriculture Technical Support Representative
Job Location: France - Remote

The Agriculture Technical Support Representative provides prompt assistance to regional service centers, business partners, resellers, end-users and internal Trimble teams relating to product information and technical support. This position also resolves some sales and service support issues. Success in this position involves the timely maintenance of technical support and sales support related issues to reduce company costs and customer and dealer dissatisfaction.
What You Will Do:
Provide fast and efficient customer service to regional service centers, business partners, dealers, end-users and internal Trimble teams;
Provide advanced technical sales assistance and technical support on problems of diverse scope, where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors, to business partners, dealers, end-users and internal Trimble sales teams;
Assumes the technical lead for regional issues;
Redirect incorrectly routed cases submitted in the region to Priority Support;
Work closely with Priority Support for technical support and product issues;
Provide training, job site demonstrations, installation and trouble shooting, including presentation of modular programs and customized classes for support and product issues;
Provide new product input, field-testing and subsequent production release involvement;
Provide input to team and manager on competitive products and activities;
Develop specific technical communications requirements;
Other duties as assigned.
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring:
Bachelor Degree, Agricultural field a plus;
Experience with agricultural data management systems and machine control systems;
Experience as a service or support technician in an Agricultural field is a plus;
Possesses strong communication skills, both verbal and written;
Must be fluent in English; French / Italian is a strong plus;
Effective decision-making, planning, communication, and collaborative problem solving;
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills;
Experience and strong competency with Trimble Agriculture products;
Experienced with Microsoft office applications;
Must be comfortable with learning new computer applications;
Must be a team player and be able to leverage resources through sound organizational skills and teamwork.
