Steering the organizational sales strategy across all associated members in large Bank (s) / NBFC Revenue Planning • Plans, Controls, directs and organizes all sales and related activities to maximize and support the Company’s revenues and profit objectives • Meet and ideally exceed board approved revenue budget for all products • Drive sales performance to quarterly plans and ensuring timely receipt of payments Client Engagement • Maintain key customer relationships and develop & implement strategies with key decision makers, CXO(s) • Consultative sales of TU Solutions by constructing and communicating transformative business use cases • Work at delivering value added Product & Services as per the Market requirements. • Plan and execute marketing activities in conjunction with business goals and overall marketing objectives • Gathering business and market intelligence information. • Develops sales proposals, consistent with Management guidelines, to meet customer’s need for company services. • Gathers all external data required to for creation of special promotional / sales programs • Managing customer centric operations and ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery time-lines and service quality norms
