We're looking for a Technology Recruiter to join our team, responsible for managing the entire hiring process for engineering roles, from initial outreach to final offer. The ideal candidate will have in-house experience recruiting for engineering roles, breadth across engineering disciplines, and technical literacy to assess candidate strength without running technical assessments.
Requirements
- A strong drive for excellence and a continuous improvement mindset
- Proven in-house experience recruiting for engineering roles at a tech company, with full ownership of a technical hiring function
- Breadth across engineering disciplines, backend, frontend, DevOps, and data science
- The ability to assess technical candidate strength without running the technical assessment yourself
- Technical literacy: you can understand how software is built and shipped, and engage engineering leaders as a peer
- A track record of sourcing independently, building pipelines from scratch, and managing technical stakeholders
- Measurable delivery across key hiring metrics: time-to-fill, time-to-hire, pipeline conversion, and offer acceptance
- Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Strong time management and organisational abilities
- Fluency in English
