What You’ll Do
Trader Interactive is seeking a Programmatic Specialist to own and grow our programmatic advertising business across our marketplace brands. This high-impact role is responsible for revenue management, ad-tech stack oversight, partner performance, and continuous optimization of our advertising products. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and external partners to unlock new revenue opportunities and deliver against key performance metrics. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, technology, and commercial strategy.
Manage and optimize programmatic revenue across all TI properties.
Monitor daily/weekly performance and proactively adjust levers to maximize eCPM, RPM, fill rate, viewability, and total revenue.
Identify revenue gaps and implement strategies to improve yield across open auction, PMP, and direct programmatic channels.
Oversee the full programmatic technology stack (ad server, SSPs, header bidding, analytics tools, etc.).
Identify underperforming partners and lead the process to optimize, renegotiate, or sunset them.
Evaluate, onboard, and negotiate with new partners that can drive incremental revenue or improve performance.
Own programmatic revenue forecasting and pacing across all channels.Identify underperforming partners and lead the process to optimize, renegotiate, or sunset them.
Manage budgets and ensure delivery against key KPIs including eCPM, RPM, Fill Rate, Viewability, and total revenue.
Ensure proper integration, QA, and ongoing technical health of all programmatic systems.
Partner with Analytics to build dashboards, reporting, and forecasting models.
Work closely with Product and Development teams to enhance ad placements, improve viewability, and support new monetization features.
Produce clear, executive-level reporting on performance, trends, and opportunities.
Provide insights and requirements to guide roadmap decisions related to advertising performance and user experience.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of hands-on experience in programmatic advertising or yield management.
Deep understanding of SSPs, DSPs, header bidding, ad servers (e.g., GAM), and programmatic auction dynamics.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and commercial teams.
Familiarity with marketplace or high-traffic digital media environments is a strong asset.
Experience managing partner relationships and negotiating commercial terms.
