We are TorkLaw, a plaintiffs-only personal injury law firm, and we're passionate about representing victims of serious personal injury or the wrongful death of a loved one. Our journey began in 2012 when our founder, Reza Torkzadeh, established The Torkzadeh Law Firm, now known as TorkLaw. Headquartered in Los Angeles, California, we've grown to serve communities across the nation, with offices in states including Arizona, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, Texas, Washington state, and the District of Columbia. Our commitment is to care for clients who are navigating some of the most challenging times of their lives, helping them through a system that can often feel designed to deny them justice.

At TorkLaw, our mission extends beyond securing appropriate legal compensation for our clients. We strive to make our communities safer by holding wrongdoers accountable for misconduct or negligence and by working to effect changes in laws and regulations that will better protect consumers. We understand that when someone needs a personal injury attorney, they are often at their most vulnerable, having experienced a traumatic, life-altering event. Our team of award-winning, dedicated professionals is committed to providing compassionate and respectful service. We handle a wide range of cases, primarily involving victims of motor vehicle accidents, dangerous products (like defective medical devices or car parts), and unsafe property conditions, such as slip and fall accidents. We believe everyone deserves access to high-quality legal representation, which is why we work on a contingency basis, meaning anyone can hire us regardless of their financial status. Our core values center on being authentic and truly caring – for our clients, our community, and each other. This dedication has allowed us to recover hundreds of millions for our injured clients and to be recognized for our work, including being named to the U.S. News – Best Lawyers® “Best Law Firms” list for multiple years.
