We are currently seeking a dedicated and goal-oriented Solution Consultant to join our fantastic Norwegian sales team. In this role, you will independently drive and develop sales of our solutions while collaborating closely with professionals to raise awareness and use of AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) tools.
This position covers Eastern Norway as well as Troms and Finnmark. You should be based in the Oslo area or nearby to efficiently cover the region by car and/or plane.
Who are we?
Tobii Dynavox provides communication and access solutions through NAV Hjelpemiddelsentral for individuals with disabilities. As a Solution Consultant, you will collaborate with NAV advisors and professionals to provide training and follow-up to ensure successful implementation of our solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and executing sales and training activities in your designated region.
- Increasing awareness and knowledge of our products among professionals and NAV to build sustainable local networks.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and opinion leaders in various forums.
- Organizing and participating in workshops, webinars, conferences, exhibitions, and trainings to demonstrate the effective use of our AAC solutions.
- Frequent travel within Norway and occasionally to other parts of Europe.
This is an independent role with the freedom to plan and manage your own activities within your geographic area. We offer a flexible and dynamic work environment. Our office is located in Bergen, and we offer a home office setup.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Higher education in health, education, or sales.
- Relevant experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Cerebral Palsy, and ALS, across various age groups.
- Experience with speech-generating devices, symbol communication, and AAC software is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with excellent networking abilities.
- High self-motivation and the ability to work independently and achieve results.
- A preference for fast-paced environments with high expectations.
- A collaborative mindset, enjoying sharing knowledge and working in a small team.
- Fluency in Norwegian, both spoken and written. Good English skills are also required.
- A valid driver’s license (Category B). A company car will be provided and may be used privately, subject to taxation, along with other benefits.
