Toast is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to join their People Products team. The successful candidate will be responsible for system configuration across various functional areas within Workday, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable and successfully adopted solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on configuration experience within Workday HCM
- 2+ years in at least one other functional area (Payroll, Benefits, Absence & Time tracking etc.)
- 5+ years of proven ability building and maintaining Workday HCM reporting
- Workday Certification in Workday HCM (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
- Experience working in a highly matrixed, global organization
- SOX compliance experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Project management experience
- Collaborative problem-solving approach
- Ability to multitask under pressure
