As an Onboarding Consultant, you will serve as the customer's relationship manager and point of contact from the time they purchase Toast, through the onboarding phase of the customer journey. You will work autonomously under an Onboarding Manager to achieve monthly activation goals and deliver high-quality customer interactions.
Requirements
- Bilingual/Fluent in Spanish & English required, both written and verbal
- 3 + years of experience in a role responsible for customer satisfaction and business operations
- Experience with COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) and inventory analysis in Food & Beverage or Hospitality Industries
- Comfortable utilizing direct outreach via phone to guide customers through the implementation lifecycle
- Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and influencing skills
