Role overview
As Head of Creative Performance, you will lead the creative strategy and execution for our paid social programs across a diverse set of clients. You’ll translate business goals into compelling, high-performance creative that drives awareness, engagement, and conversions. This role sits at the intersection of creativity and performance, ensuring every asset is customer-centric, testable, and scalable.

Monthly creative insights + iteration roadmap delivered on time
30% of creative assets across accounts are hit ads
1 new top-performing concept per client per quarter
Maintain ≥ 95% on-time delivery
Achieve ≥ 95% client satisfaction
Define creative strategy and testing framework for paid social campaigns across platforms (Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) to maximize ROI.
Lead a team of designers and copywriters; mentor, critique, and elevate the quality of creative output.
Collaborate with growth managers to ensure creative aligns with targeting, funnel stages, and measurement.
Develop scalable creative processes, templates, and guidelines to accelerate production and maintain consistency across clients.
Oversee production from concept to final deliverables, ensuring assets meet brand guidelines and platform specs.
Drive experimentation with new formats, AR, video, UGC, and interactive creatives to stay ahead of trends.
Partner with strategy and client success to translate client goals into creative briefs and performance-focused assets.

Success in this role means delivering creative that consistently outperforms benchmarks, shortening time-to-live tests, and building a recognizable TNT Growth creative system that scales with client growth without sacrificing quality.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in paid social creative and campaign strategy
Proven leadership of design teams and creative projects
Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and attribution models
Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills across multiple formats
Deep expertise with Meta and TikTok performance creative: hooks, formats, pacing, structures, and storytelling frameworks.
Hands-on experience directing and/or producing UGC, motion, and social-first content.
Ability to interpret creative performance data and turn insights into rapid iterations.
Exceptional communication skills—able to articulate creative rationale, present concepts, and influence stakeholders across functions.
Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
