Requirements
- 5+ years experience working on complex, production systems
- Experience with IoT platforms, device integrations, or adjacent systems
- Experience with TypeScript / Node and modern backend development practices
- Familiarity with AWS and serverless or cloud-native architectures
- Comfort working across backend services, integrations, and cloud infrastructure
- Strong judgment around tradeoffs, ownership, and when to step in vs. step back
- A collaborative, steady presence who values clarity, sustainability, and shared ownership
