- Risk mitigation by identifying and escalating critical technical risks and issues proactively.
- Cross-functional collaboration with architects, developers, and Business Analysts (BAs) to validate Salesforce Public Sector initiatives.
- Tracking and reporting on quality performance metrics through transparent, timely communication and program dashboards for Federal clients.
- Innovation validation by staying updated with the latest Salesforce and AWS trends.
