Salesforce Administrator (Service Cloud Voice) required to design and deliver scalable solutions using Salesforce out-of-the-box applications and third-party integrations. Project Lead on Accounts with responsibility for directing projects and mentoring team members.
Requirements
- Work with clients to understand and analyze their business process
- Collaborate with members to define and document requirements
- Work on and resolve medium to high priority cases within the specified SLAs
- Handle complex administrative functions such as creating visual flows, implementing data model, data migration etc.
- Provide end user support, working on configuration changes, bug fixes, and minor enhancements
- Be a subject matter expert (SME) regarding Salesforce’s capabilities and functionalities
- Act as a mentor and a functional resource to other team members.
