Requirements
- Define the operating model across Trading Ops, Financial Ops, and Account Opening
- Own the daily and ad hoc cycles that keep the platform running end-to-end across every market we operate in
- Build and grow the team that delivers all of this — operations managers and specialists across trading, money movement, and account opening
- Own incident management as a core operational discipline
