Egypt onlyThe Engineering Manager for DevOps & Infrastructure at Thndr will lead a technically strong team responsible for the foundation of our hybrid infrastructure across Egypt, Frankfurt, and the UAE, and guide architectural decisions, contribute to infra design, review technical work, and help engineers grow by doing the work with them.
Requirements
- 4+ years of engineering experience
- 2+ years managing or technically leading engineers
- Deep experience with Kubernetes, cloud providers (AWS preferred), Linux, networking fundamentals, and Terraform or equivalent IaC
- Strong understanding and previous experience of distributed systems, observability, incident response, and operational best practices
- Proven ability to build roadmaps, guide technical execution, challenge assumptions, and drive teams toward high-quality outcomes
- A direct, clear communication style and a bias toward action and clarity
