As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Adfinis LLC, you’ll take the lead in integrating, automating, and scaling global IT platforms. You’ll be hands-on with Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitLab CI, building highly reliable, secure, and observable systems that support mission-critical workloads across our international teams.

Tasks

🚀 What You’ll Do

• Lead the integration and deployment of global DevOps solutions across private and multi-cloud environments

• Design, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI

• Manage Kubernetes-based platforms, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance

• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible to automate deployments

• Build and maintain observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Loki, OpenTelemetry)

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across application, infrastructure, and network layers

• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to ensure smooth operations

• Drive GitOps automation with ArgoCD / Flux and promote best practices across teams

• Enforce security, compliance, and access controls (Vault, RBAC, network policies)

• Support hybrid and API-driven infrastructure across multiple cloud environments

Requirements

💡 Who You Are

• A DevOps professional with 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure and automation

• Proficient with AWS and Azure (compute, networking, security, monitoring)

• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, and Helm

• Experienced in microservices, API gateways (APIGEE, Kong, Istio), and container orchestration

• Skilled in CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) and GitOps (ArgoCD, FluxCD)

• Strong grasp of networking, security, DNS, and reverse proxies

• Experienced in scripting (Python, Bash, Go, or Ruby)

• Familiar with observability, SLOs, SLIs, SLAs, and on-call rotations

• Confident in Linux administration and performance tuning

• Knowledge of DevSecOps, ITIL, and automation-first principles

• Proactive, ownership-driven, and passionate about continuous improvement

🌟 Nice to Have

• Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB, Cassandra, Redshift)

• Knowledge of Service Mesh / API Security (Istio, Kong, mTLS)

• Exposure to Serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions)

• Familiarity with Monitoring as Code and automated alerting

• Certifications: AWS DevOps Engineer, CKA, Terraform Associate

• Experience with Identity & Access Management (Keycloak, OpenBao, Vault)
