Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and implementation
- Strong expertise in CMDB, Discovery, and Integrations
- Good understanding of CMDB data modeling, CI relationships, and governance frameworks
- Experience with Integration Hub, external system integrations, and API-based architecture
- Working knowledge of ITSM and other modules
- Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide APIs)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and business stakeholders
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS – Discovery/CMDB preferred)
