The Provider Relations Assistant supports the coordination and day-to-day communication between healthcare providers and internal departments in a fully remote role. Responsibilities include maintaining provider schedules, resolving questions via phone and email, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or clerical role
  • Scheduling or provider relations experience is preferred but not required
