Patient Scheduling & Registration Specialist

As a Patient Scheduling & Registration Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for people looking to access treatment, handling inbound and outbound calls, confirming insurance status, and scheduling appointments. You'll report to the Head of Partnerships and work in a fully remote environment.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• 1+ year of experience in a client-facing role involving phone-based outreach, intake, admissions, scheduling, or engagement
• Familiarity with healthcare
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and explain processes clearly
