Role Summary:

You will design and lead a high-performing Project Management Office (PMO), driving execution excellence and standardization across all projects and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish governance frameworks and program methodologies
  • Mentor and develop project managers within the organization
  • Align PMO activities with strategic objectives
  • Implement tools for real-time reporting and resource management
  • Serve as a change champion for project delivery

Key Requirements:

  • 7+ years in project/program management
  • Proven experience setting up or leading a PMO
  • Advanced knowledge of PM software and frameworks
  • Strategic mindset with strong stakeholder management skills
  • PMP, PgMP, or similar certification preferred
