Become a Purchase Ledger Administrator

Become a Purchase Ledger Administrator with The Works & join our fast paced, high performing accounts payable team to assist for 6 months with a high volume of work.

Your Mission

  • High volume invoice processing for multi currencies GBP /EUR / USD with strict adherence to payment terms and internal controls.
  • Supplier account reconciliation and investigate discrepancies with resolutions.
  • Ensure new supplier accounts are set-up within the timeframe.
  • Regular communication with management in relation to transactional activities.
  • Build good working relationship with the cash control team and stakeholders.
  • Cashbook Allocations
  • Assistance with Weekly Payment Runs
