We are looking for eager and energetic candidates to fill the role of eFlorist Technician. The primary function of this position is to act as the front line contact to provide website assistance and excellent customer service to our member florists. Each interaction with our consumers should be used to reinforce Teleflora's commitment to superior customer care as well as reflecting technical expertise and excellent customer service skills. You'll be working remotely from the Paragould, AR area and work one day per month in the Paragould, AR office. Come join our team!

Job Description

  • Troubleshoot and support all customers via phone, email or chat with website questions/issues
  • Data entry, setup of web sites and proof site content
  • Research and register URL’s, scan, create, and load artwork, logos and custom images from variety of sources
  • Assist in communicating changes and updates to the program to Teleflora Staff
  • Assist with basic search engine optimization, marketing through social media, online marketing and branding
  • Assist with daily departmental operations as required
  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, college business course, technical course certification, or an undergraduate degree a positive

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Experience working with hospitality industry, travel related work or public relations work
  • Previous floral shop or related industry experience preferred
  • Experience creating/designing web sites and graphic design skills preferred
  • Strong written, verbal, analytical, technical, and interpersonal skills are essential
  • Familiarity and experience with the Internet and websites required
  • Basic knowledge of MS-Word, Excel and Outlook required, HTML, CSS experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Photoshop preferred
  • Basic knowledge of search engine optimization, marketing through social media, online marketing and branding
  • Experience in small business consulting preferred

Physical and Mental Requirements:

  • Ability to grasp technical concepts and to communicate these concepts in a manner that non-technical florists can understand them
  • Handle multiple tasks and have a strong attention to detail in a fast paced environment
  • Work independently as well as in teams
  • Demonstrate technical aptitude and enthusiasm in various system technologies and disciplines
  • Maintain a fast and consistent activity pace at all times
  • Portray high levels of professionalism, appearance, motivation, and positive attitude

Working Conditions:

  • Must be capable of working extended hours to meet company peaks
  • Holiday time off will be limited due to increased order volume
  • Work is performed in a fast-paced, solutions oriented office environment and some travel may be involved
  • Strong time management skill and able to meet stringent deadlines
